This 1978 contemporary home underwent an extensive renovation, transforming an outdated property into a modern residence by Red Dirt Co-founder Beth Velner. The project included a redesigned kitchen and bathrooms, updated interiors, major system improvements, and expansive outdoor living areas. The result balances contemporary design with the home's original architectural character and connection to its natural surroundings.
