A thoughtful renovation of a 1970s ranch-style home situated on a spacious rural property near downtown Landrum. Completed in 2020 by Red Dirt co-founder Beth Velner, the project refreshed the home's interiors with an open floor plan, a bright white kitchen, granite countertops, hardwood flooring, and updated fixtures and finishes. The renovation brought a contemporary feel to the established residence while maintaining its comfortable character and connection to the surrounding landscape.
